Tom specializes in land acquisition and homebuilder joint ventures for residential development and construction. Prior to Mountain, Mr. Orradre worked as a REO Asset Manager for GMAC-RFC where he was responsible for the asset management and disposition of residential development projects, homes and lots in the western states. Previously, he worked in a consulting capacity for Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management focusing on land-secured debt investment opportunities, and in the investment banking and management industries focused on mergers and acquisitions and fixed income analysis. Mr. Orradre received his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego, and is a CFA® charterholder.
