Since 2009, Eric has been responsible for the origination and due diligence of residential real estate investment. Prior to Mountain, Mr. Bialke was with GMAC –RFC holding various positions including REO Asset Manager, Real Estate Valuation Manager, Sr. Real Estate Analyst/Underwriter, and Strategic Planning Lead. Mr. Bialke graduated from St. John’s University and is a CPA.
