Brian Clauson
Senior Asset Manager for Mountain Asset Management

Since 2009, Brian has overseen the due diligence process during joint venture/asset purchase transactions.  He has also managed the disposition of residential NPL/REO properties nationally including homes, lots, partially completed developments, and raw land parcels. Prior to Mountain, Mr. Clauson was with GMAC –RFC where he was first a Construction Loan Officer/Relationship Manager and provided residential acquisition, development and construction financing to homebuilders and developers, and then a workout and REO manager. Prior to that, he was a Public Finance Associate/Analyst with RBC Dain Rauscher where was involved in underwriting a variety of municipal bond transactions.  Mr. Clauson graduated from the University of Minnesota Morris.
