Each of the following executives has extensive real estate development, construction, investment and management experience. Their track record includes the development for their own account and/or financing for others of over 10,000 residential lots and homes and multiple commercial projects. This experience enables them to approach complex or opportunistic situations with a developer’s perspective, allowing them to quickly understand the transaction, thus creatively structuring a solution for new financing or solutions for distressed real estate, real estate workouts and non-performing loan sales.
